We have finalized a strategic collaboration with BYD, the global NEV and battery leader, to advance EV education and R&D. The partnership establishes a 'BYD Center for Sustainable Mobility' on campus, equipped with Blade Battery diagnostic systems and e‑Platform 3.0 testbeds for hands-on student training. It includes a joint curriculum development program, quarterly masterclasses by BYD engineers, and a specialized certification track in high-voltage battery safety. Research will focus on second-life battery applications, smart charging infrastructure, and AI-driven predictive maintenance. Faculty will gain access to BYD's R&D facilities in China, while top students can enter a direct internship-to-hire pipeline. This alliance positions our institution as a key talent hub for the region's EV transition.
Secured strategic academic infrastructure at the DIU Ashulia Smart City campus. This partnership opened access to state-of-the-art lecture halls, simulation labs, rooftop solar demo setups, and EV charging research stations for upcoming engineering cohorts.
